Ok well that diet was good for losing weight, now that you are cycling its time to change that diet a little. While on gear you utilize cals more efficient. 6' 200lbs work out 6 times/week with cardio 50min 6 times/ week, your TDEE is well above 3000 cals. I would say that a 1000cals+ deficit is to much. The whole point to cycle is to go muscle, you can't grow with out food. I would up protein to 250g add a banana going in to gym and coming out, also add some more good fats. 40g fats is pretty low.
