I'm 40 yrs old, I'm a former college athlete. I'm 6'2 / 265. I'm not fat but I am overweight! I'd like to lose 30lbs. Once I'm consistent in the gym it doesn't take long for me to see results. At this point in my life, my diet is key. I haven't taken anything b4. I have some var caps & I've been advised that I should take eq & trend. I don't care about gains, I just want to be lean. I haven't mapped a diet plan yet
