    Shred fat

    I'm 40 yrs old, I'm a former college athlete. I'm 6'2 / 265. I'm not fat but I am overweight! I'd like to lose 30lbs. Once I'm consistent in the gym it doesn't take long for me to see results. At this point in my life, my diet is key. I haven't taken anything b4. I have some var caps & I've been advised that I should take eq & trend. I don't care about gains, I just want to be lean. I haven't mapped a diet plan yet

    Your friend is a moron.

    Just use diet and cardio to get down to your desired bodyfat, and stay in the gym. Think about steroids (certainly not tren) later down the track once your diet, training and bodyfat are in check.

    He's right about the diet part! I changed mine and its done wonders for me!

    don't jump in and take anything yet.... get that diet on point and do cardio.. once you get some decent results, look at doing 500mg a week of some TEST E or something and maybe save the var for the end of that cycle? but most of the feedback you are going to get here is saying first cycle of test for 10-12 weeks and see how your body reacts.     if you don't care about gains, and you only want to be lean, diet is the key. shure you can take tons of clen and T3, do a liposucción and see some results. but they will go away as soon as you discontinue use. You can get exactly the same results (due you dont need muscle mass) by dieting and working out correctly.
    once you reached your goal, and you want to see some mass, you can consider some aid.
