Timing for Anavar on Test e cycle

Would it be more advisable to run my anavar @50ed at the beginning of my cycle with 500mg test e a wk 250 twice a week, so it would be
weeks 1-10 test e 500mg
weeks 1-7 anavar @ 50mg ed
Or run it at
weeks 1-10 test e 500mg
weeks 3-10 anavar at 50mg ed
I am also running hcg 250 iu 2x a wk
arimidex 0.25mg eod
pct of nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/75/50/50
Am starting cycle this cycle Friday or Saturday

Test is leaving your system in those weeks, its a boost and bridge to PCT.

It takes about 2 weeks for the exogenous test to leave your body after you quit. It only takes a day or two for anavar to leave your body when you quit. If you run var at the end of your cycle, you might as well time it so that both leave your system right before you start PCT. You'll be able to keep making gains right up to the point where you start PCT.

Honestly, it doesn't make a huge difference either way.
