Gyno symptoms while on AI

Hi guys, Ive been on cycle for about 3 and a half weeks and ive noticed Im getting a hard lump under both nipples (one is actually quite large). Im on 600mg Test E, 600mg Tren E and 600mg of Mast E per week and taking 0.25mg of Arimidex every day. My nipples arent sore or itchy so im starting to think it may be prolactin/progesterone induced gyno. I was always under the impression that if you keep your E2 levels under control then progesterone/prolactin symptoms should also be in check, correct me if im wrong. Not sure what to do at this stage, any advice?

Only way of knowing is with blood work.

The first line of defense is always estrogen. The other hormones exaggerate/effect estrogen & estrogen sensitivity. I get bloods immediately and then start raloxifene and if you dont have or cant get that quick from arr then start/get tamoxifen right away and start that. What you do from there will be blood results dependent. I also always have prami on hand when I run deca or tren. Usually for me the need for them is evident with sexual sides first so I start it. I always dose it low, .25mg/day for a week then bump it to.5mg/day. I take it at night, before bed, with food in my stomach. Before bed is key as it knocks me out.

If I were on that I would need .5 or better to control estrogen.

I would need 1mg a day of anastrozole on that stack myself.

I upped it to 0.5mg ED and started to feel like shit so ended up dropping it back down to 0.25mg

Then better get the raloxifene as Jimmy recommended.
