    Distended Stomach T1 diabetic

    Type 1 Diabetic
    Insulin dependant
12-15iu Insulatard (slow release) morning & night
    Novorapid 1iu per 10g carbs
    27yr old
    5.9
    80kg
    13-15% bf

How if possible do I get rid of a distended stomach?
Stomach shows abs but sticks out slightly I am guessing due to my insulin & maybe a combo of bad diet to much carbs lately....
    Any help much appreciated

Keep your diet in check and it should be fine.

It shouldn't have anything to do with insulin, so long as you aren't abusing it.

Distended stomach, distended belly or belly fat?

The stomach ussually distends only when its full, so I dont think you talking about this.

If its belly fat this is solved with cardio and diet.

Distended belly, "palumbolism"???, that I dont know how to solve

If you are talking about extra skin on the stomach that hangs down after weight loss or in some people naturally....yeah it happens. Body will recover part of that. Video of a kid that went from 500 to 160 or some crap on you tube and the distended stomach skin was left hanging big time. Tummy Tuck 101 is how many solve it but as a T1 I do not think many would say this should be your first option. I got the same issue coming up and will do a skin removal process on the upper thighs inside, stomach, back, arms in Thailand at one of the two top cosmetic hospitals in the world. 12K USD plus 2 months in a 4 star hotel at 3000 usd total...and a couple of cute local sweeties to keep me company (lol). To be honest some say keep that as war wounds. Only reason I will remove it is prior to Primary Gonadal is my goal..and I was pretty sweet back then lol.

distended stomach normally is caused by HGH and IGF-1 due organ growth. Although I read some articles about insulin promoting visceral fat store. But there's no sudy that insuline is directly involved to visceral fat, especially if your diet and BF is in check.
