Hey guys, so I've read through many posts and have done a lot of research about different supplements and steroids and have come to the conclusion that I want to use Test E. So I have a friend that can get it and hes also doing trenbolone. Seeing as this would be my first I am opting out of the tren cycle, especially since I used to have slight breathing problems and tren can cause a severe cough for a few minutes where it becomes difficult to breathe. SO, I'm about to turn 25 and have been working out since I was 14 but relatively consistently for maybe 4 years im 187 lbs with 13% body fat about 5'10.
Nutrition is pretty on point. I eat about 3300 calories a day and I use myfitnesspal to keep track of the calories. I am bulking at the moment and am more interested in getting a muscular and lean physique as opposed to just being massive.
Any tips on how much I should start out with? How often to inject? What are the PCT supplements I should be considering? ANYTHING else I should consider? Side effects etc? If I PCT properly can I keep most gains after cycling off if I never use test e or anything else?
Again this is my first time using anything other than creatine, anyone who doesn't want to contribute on a positive note can save it =)
