ACL reconstruction and cycling
I apologize if this is in the wrong place.
Id like to start off by saying Ive only cycled once before. It was a 10 week cycle of 500mg of test e followed by PCT w nolva.
So this is my situation
I got my ACL reconstructed, so my acl is fine but after the surgery you have no muscle in your quads. You cant even flex them. Basically i will be able to walk as soon as my quad builds muscle. I have 1 vial of test e that will last me 4 weeks doing 500mg a week. Also have some nolva, enough to PCT for this little cycle. If i take this you think itd help my quad heal and build muscle faster? Also any cons to taking only a 4 week cycle? And Yes I am able to workout upper body even if I cant walk w.o crutches.
Im just trying to speed up the recovery process really.

I wouldn't!
I'd recommend getting your body up and running at full capacity prior to cycling rather than attempting to use aas to accelerate healing and normalcy. It's true this is done in athletics, and there are pros and cons on both sides of this argument, but in the case of connective tissue repair (and in the absence of professional medical supervision) you don't want to overstimulate muscle development and cause further imbalance between it and still healing connective tissues. Personally I'd follow the above protocol and wait til I'm closer to 100% before engaging in aas. Glad to hear you're back on track.
