1. Keep it simple, you dont need gh, bold and all the hocus pocus 34567.
2. Use AI during cycle, not pct. Aromasin (exemestane) prevents conversion of testosterone into estrogen, and as you are not injecting any testosterone during pct, it would be pointless to take.
3. Longer break between cycle. Stay off AT LEAST the same lenght your on.

the longer the cycle the longer you recover. i think it's not a good idea to start your cycles this way.

shorter cycles are always better in sides/gains ratio and you WILL hit a plateau. i guarantee that.

don't go over 10-12 weeks for the first time

Focus on your labs over the substances. If you do not have a setup to get rid of blood more often than every 10 weeks you should not

in my opinion

consider a cycle of longer than 8 weeks. If you got your blood removal process in place then think of above 8 weeks. I cannot stress enough how different life is when you have sides from high HCT than when you do not.

No opinion on time between cycles (TRT patient) except my body was very happy at TRT dose than cycle dose just to get things back to normal like BP and such.
