I found a bottle of prop I forgot I had. The exp date is 11/14. I had taken the top off but never used it. Technically how long is it good for and does the potency go down ?

Just like everything else it has to have date on it.
I have use 2 year old test before no problems.

As long as you store it properly it will be good for years past the expiration date
