So i decided i want to compete in January. I am currently on week 5 of a test prop only cycle. so end of this month and December would be my PCT. But competition is in January... Any suggestions on how to look amazing on stage in January? My cycle was well planed i just did not plan on competing, that is why I'm kinda in this situation not knowing what to do. my stats are 6 foot, 210 pounds, about 12%BF.. I would be competing in physique so i would try to get as shredded as possible and drop weight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on how to go on stage looking shredded and hard?
