I was doing deadlifts, I was trying to go up in weight, I lifted the weight, held it, then put it down, not sure if I was breathing during that time, I started seeing stars then felt really light headed, do I sat down and started to get frustrated that all that happened, when I stood up, I started to become more and more angry, over little that, I am not an angry person at all, so that only lasted five minutes, where the heck did the anger come from? Is that a normal side affect from my cycle?

Sounds like some entry level roid rage. Don't quote me on that, though. You can try to focus that anger into your workout, just make sure you pay attention to your breathing at all times... especially on those heavier lifts.

I would also suggest using some good coping strategies to combat any anger that may arise. I have heard doing controlled breathing exercises can help calm you down as well.

Sounds like you held your breathing that lift. May have freaked your body out for a second and gave you alittle panic attack. Since it passed within 5 mins. I doubt if "roid rage" got you. Haha! Remember to breath dude you'll be alright.

I didn't know if it was a rage or not, I hope not, I'm not an angry dude, but I do get frustrated with deadlifts, squats, ! Not my favorite things to do,

Haha! Man if it had been "rage" you wouldn't lose your breath..... You'd pick up the barbell and slam it back down a few times and want to rip somebody's head off ! All while having this crazy look in our eyes ! Oh well that's what it does to me anyways ! Hahaha! Love this shit !

I didn't really lose by breath, I just forgot to breathe, I was more focused on not likeing deadlifts, when I should of been more focused on proper form/ proper breathing,
