I was in decent shape a few months ago but really fell off. I am looking to this cycle to kickstart me back in. I would like to know what kind of quantity I should take.
Experienced in the gym as well so I know my way around the gym pretty well and know what I need to do once the cycle starts. Just looking for help with dosages. Thanks.
Oh also I have no pct plan nor do I want one if thats possible....maybe a low dose that doesn't require one
