    first cycle with super test 350

    Hi all,
    First my stats:
    29
    5'9"
    240
    I was in decent shape a few months ago but really fell off. I am looking to this cycle to kickstart me back in. I would like to know what kind of quantity I should take.

    Experienced in the gym as well so I know my way around the gym pretty well and know what I need to do once the cycle starts. Just looking for help with dosages. Thanks.

    Oh also I have no pct plan nor do I want one if thats possible....maybe a low dose that doesn't require one

    Any type of cycle that shuts down your Testosterone production DOES require a pct, no way around it. You didn't state your BF but you eluded to the fact that you fell off . Unless you are at 14% BF or so then it isn't a good idea to cycle. If you are bulking you will gain more fat and if you are cutting then you could probably lose a decent amount of fat naturally before cycling. If you cut at a lower BF your results will be way better then if you don't.....same for bulking.

    Buster, first off, thanks for taking time to answer my post, I appreciate it.

    So no way of skirting around the PCT then, I'm tracking on that, thanks!
    My BF is for sure over 14% I have not been in the gym for the last 4 months and have gained about 30 pounds of fat. Before I stopped I was around 210 and beasting in the gym naturally. To give you an idea I was close to hitting 405 on bench but only legit could put up 385, squatting 405 easily...yadda yadda yadda....impressive enough for me at least..lol I just bought this super test to get back to that. I know what to eat to get there and what to do in the gym to get there but now that I have this "helper" I'd like to know the best way to utilize it without doing any harm to my body. I understand it's beneficial to lose some of this weight before I start the cycle but that just isn't in the cards for me right now...lol I'm just being honest. I want to do both, get my strength back and lose this damn fat.

    Those are some good numbers for sure. You need to keep in mind that losing weight and gaining muscle (recomping) is very difficult to do. Most guys including myself are of the opinion to either bulk or cut. Don't try to do both. There is a thread in the stickies by Austinite titled how to plan and execute a successful first cycle. That will spell it all out to you . It's a great read and you can reference it over and over. Before you do anything....... Make sure you have everything that you will need.
