How long have you been going?
Probably best to keep it natural and not add anything for at least a couple solid years. There really are no short cuts and if you try supplementing so you it can easily do more harm than good.

    Hi Mitchell

Welcome to the forum. I'm fairly new myself, and love it on here. You can learn a lot on this forum and its not all about using there is so much info on diet and training also, and I think this is where you should be.

Training for 9 months is not a lot of training experience - I've been training on and off for over 20 years, really serious in the last five. Only now am I cycling. You must look at the risk and benefit ratio, as there is with everything. At your age and length of training the risks considerably outweigh the benefits. If I were you I would concentrate on training and get a good diet plan. Head over to the diet section.

    Good luck with your journey

How good is your diet? Most of us found once we cleaned that up the rest became much much easier. What did you eat yesterday?
