    Oily Taste After Sustanon Injection

Sometime ago after i injected sustanon in my thigh i coughed alot , there was a burning sensation in my lungs and there was an oily taste in my mouth.I searched it and i read that this happens when you inject sustanon in vein. Now i am very careful i always push the needle to the end (so that it doesn't move) and pull the plunger to see if there is blood but still everytime i inject sustanon there is this oily taste in my mouth. Why is this happening?

Edit:Yesterday after pulling the plunger there was no blood but after pulling the syringe out the injection site bleeded alot.Today i can sense the oily taste and the slight burning sensation in my lungs.

Lots of time passed since my accidental intravenous injection. It lasted a couple of days and went away. This taste and lung sensation happened again at my next shot and my last (yesterday). But the sensations wasn't nearly as strong my first intravenous injection. Also the last two lasts a couple of days or so then it goes.
