I have been taking 400mg/d of powder dnp for 7 days now and am just a little hotter than normal but the sides are totally bearable. I have always done it for just 7 days and stopped because it was too much to handle. I have lost about 10lbs already and wouldn't mind taking a few more off is there any reason why I shouldn't?
