26 week cycle?
I was running a 12 wk bulk but now 10 weeks in I look in the mirror and I want to puke. I should have eaten alot cleaner but after counting calories for a year I just lost control and dirty bulked. I've had amazing strength gains as well as not so amazing fat gains ha ha. Long story short I need to look this body fat and I've heard it's bad to cut after a cycle as you can lose a lot of muscle while you natty lvls are crushed. So my plan was to drop to around 250 mgs of test e a wk for 6 weeks while simultaneously lowering my caloric intake to a maintenance amount. After my six week cruise on the test I was thinking 600 mgs of test for another 10 weeks along with 400 mgs of Eq with a 4 wk dbol kick and then 4 weeks of winstrol at the end. Opinions? I realize I didn't post about my pct plans. I've got plenty of letro, nolva, and arimidex on hand. Obviously I will run the a dex throughout.

You should just stop pct then get in the nutrition section here and work hard in the gym then when your ready run your cycle.

Nutrition is key to gains. Calorie control is key to fat loss/recomp.
Anyone can push weights. Anyone.
The only test on cycling done by the FDA was a 20-week cycle at 600/week. It is a published test via the Endo Journal. If you know your sides and how to control them would be the key. I personally do 20-week cycles and had great success on my first cycle. The difficulty came with controlling RBC HCT sides. Unless you got a person writing you Phlebotomy scripts do not attempt longer cycling (this is just one item but for me was the most powerful one). Second side that gave me issues is fascia stretching. Talk about painful growth even with massage, cupping, and acupuncture.
No opinion on the concoction of substances. Stats?

as you can see I had some gyno going on pretty bad but its cleared right up with letro

You got a good base man just bloat a bit there.
need to get some blood work and figure out your AI and eat a lot cleanet next run.

looking good man and comeing off may mean gains slow down but your body must reach homeostasis abd the sooner you come off the sooner you can get back on

Looking goon man! Trim up and in a couple months run another one with a good diet and you'll see the gains your looking for

Do your pct recover as normal
Get your diet in check
Go on calorie desefit (clean)
Weights 3 times a week
Cardio twice a week
You will lose that fat in 3-4 months
But this time you will be fully
Recovered and ready for your next
Cycle .... Diet is key bro
