Your the typical fvking idiot that has no damn base or idea what they are doing and decide to hop on steroids for a quick fix. You look like you dont even train, you seem to not know how to eat, do you even know what a gym is? I suggest you go over to other sub forums on this forum or BB.COM and look up exercies and workout routines and start training. You give steroid users a bad name. You didnt even have any base before jumping on steroids. Each to there own mate but pull your head in.
Even 100mg of test per week would be more than ENOUGH for you.

Am 6'4 too man. My first cycle was 20 weeks and I had a tight diet. I did a great recomp and do not feel I could do better than i did (first half of cycle was accelerated trt recovery). 30 lbs of LBM in 8 weeks is nothing short of incredible. I could never do that. Just the pain from fascia issues would put me out of commission.
