Haven't got a warm sensation but I feel pretty damn good haha.

the first shot is just that.

don't judge it or worry about it.

if you do this for any length of time, wait til you get to your hundredth, or thousandth.

first year in Afghanistan, I pinned about a thousand times....

.....peps are 3x a day and I did it for over a year.
