    Excessive bloat

Hey everyone. Ok so i'm on week 3 of CYP and taking .25mg arimidex EOD. I'm feeling excessively bloaty (is that a word?) and do have tender nipples. Been thinking about increasing to .5mg ED to get rid of this bloat and tenderness. Does anyone know any other way besides arimidex to get rid of the bloat? Thanks

No, bloaty is not a word, the condition is called edema or fluid retention.

How much Test Cyp are you taking per week? If estrogen is the culprit, raising your AI dose might make sense.

Taking 600mg a week of CYP. I know it's from estrogen cause I do have a higher bf% than what is recommended, but i've been happy about the decision because of the gains i've already made in 3 weeks. Think im at around 27%ish. So would .5mg arimidex ED be ideal?

Stopping the cycle and getting below 15% bf naturally would be ideal

I wouldn't jump up to .5mg ED from .25mg EOD. Try .5mg EOD for a week or so, see how you fare.

If you're feeling bloated, it could be an E2 issue or it could be a diet issue. In my opinion, diet issues that cause bloating are just as common as E2 issues but people tend to look to E2 as being the culprit first. And of course there are times when it could be both.

    As above ^^ .

Ok i would up your AI to .5eod the now. Reduce salt intake drink plenty of water and start cardio as you know the higher the bf the more e2 probs you can have you should stop.but you won't. The gains you have made will be more water retention than muscle if you are that bloated.

27% Bf is obesity right? Depends on what’s your goal by doing that cycle, if your goal is for strongman purpose, it might be ok, altohough highly unhealthy. If your goal is to get aesthetic, your doing it completly wrong my friend.

You can throw in some nolvadex for the nipple puffiness, I am prone to gyno so I use nolva on cycle, especially if it starts to get out of hand. Do you drink beer, or alcohol? That will make you retain water too, as will fast food. Get your diet under control, drink a ton of water, and start hitting some cardio, 20 min after your workout would be fine, just try to get a good sweat going.

I do the same. I would rather use the nov on cycle when puffiness/itchiness starts to pop up. Increasing my AI just leaves me feeling like shit. High bf on cycle is obviously not desirable and another reason why having your diet in check is so important is that it helps rule out diet as a possible reason for excess bloat.
