    1st cycle advice and info

    I'm 30 years old and been back in training for 2 months after 2years off with a injury ive had a cortisone injection off the Dr in my shoulder so I'm able to train again. In the 2 years off ive gone up to 16st 7lbs but have dropped to 15st 5lbs now. I'm thinking of doing a course of sust 250 and was thinking from what I've read that I should do 1ml twice a weak just looking for tips and after care info aswell. I should mention my goals I want to lose my body fat while gaining muscle but not looking to get massive just athletic looking. Thanks in advance

    My suggestion is you keep hitting the gym and get a solid training routine going and build up your base again with food and training.
    make sure body is going to handle training with resulting in injury.
    take your time you are still young
