    Pip?

    Hi guys.

Okay, so fifth pin two days ago in right delt. I thought it went okay although was bloody hard with left hand. No pain on the day......... But last night! **** me! Very painful and have woken this am with reddening and slight swelling 2-3'' below the injection site. Any thoughts?

Everything else is fine and I'm enjoying the cycle so far.
    Test e 250mg twice weekly

    Cheers

Keep an eye on it. The pain should subside in a few days and redness should go away as well. Sounds like you may have bounced the pin around a bit causing poor injection technique.....happens to all of us, try to keep a steady hand.

man that happenend to me hurt 4 days later started reAding and found out shouldn't pull the needle out for 20 sec so it stays in muscle and don't come up to skin hopefully that was my problem and that'll fix it

Hang in there. It'll better. I don't shoot delts anymore. I pin glutes and thighs. Bigger muscles seem to handle the pain better.

I think his shots would go smoother if he did the muscles that he could actually see in front of him (less wobbling and moving around with the pin). Quads with a 25 gauge..... A gift!

Yeah, that's what I'm doing. Pinned my quad and found it much easier.

My right delt is still red and sore but is definitely getting better.

    Cheers
