Been taking Iodine in the form of Lugols Iodine anywhere from 12-40mg per day with a couple of brazil nuts for my selenium intake. Diet is very clean and mostly just veggies, rice/pasta/sweet potatoes and chicken/fish/meat

have noticed that now after 2-3 weeks my gyno is slowly shrinking. It used to be very hard and i could not press my nipple in but now its almost like a cushion effect where i could press on the gyno and it goes in

i would say 25-30% of the gyno is gone by now and more is to come hopefully. visually noticeable in the mirror
