**Did your blood pressure come back down?**

Did your blood pressure come back down once you was done with your cycle. Just got my cheked at th r doc office and it was 160/80 up from start of cycle at 114/68.

Yes, it will come back down. I'm normally about 110/60. When I cycle I'm closer to 145/80.

yeah this has happened to me, I normally sit around 115/60 and on cycle i got up to 139/80 I was kind of scared because it stayed up for almost 8 weeks after cycle, but I wasnt in hypertension range so it was ok.

You actually are really high though 160 is something to stay on top of. Is your cycle almost over? and did your doctor offer advice?

Thats up there, do you check it at home? (maybe you have white coat syndrome?)

I wish mine went up on a little more on cycle!
I wanted to make use of some CIA if it did...mine stayed under 110/70 the whole 12 weeks (normally 95-100 over 55-60)

Mine came back down after a few weeks, if your BP is high man, throw in 3 cardio sessions through out the week, This is one thing I have started doing and my BP hasnt moved at all on this cycle, im cheering.
