    Taper question about clen

I always used to cycle clen like 1 week taper up, 1 week maintain and 1 week taper down.
But the best known method is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
How do I manage it with the taper??
1 week taper up 1 week taper down??? Or 1 week taper up 1 week maintain and stop without any taper down???
    thanks

first of there is no best method...
2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is.not the best.
you can run it non-stop with ketotifen.

second you taper up you go with your tolerance.
    I can do 40-60-80-100
some must take 10-12 days just to reach 100.

    better slower than too fast.

    you dont need taper down...
wht would be the point to taper down, think about it...

Yeah, you’re right, there shouldn’t be any reason to taper down, but every cycle I saw about clen was 3 weeks pyramidal, so there was my doubt.
I used Ketitofen, but I didn't felt any different on it...

Thank you very much I’ll taper up in one week to 140mcg, maintain the dose and stop after the 2nd week.

could you run it non stop without ketotifen, lets say, replace ketotifen with benadryl? I read that on here in an old clen article

I think ketotifen and benadryl are very similar, some say they do the same job, some say one is better other say the other is better.
Benadryl has the advantage to make you sleepy, that's why when new new class antisthaminics came out, benadryl here in spain is not longer used for allergy, but for sleep aid.

I really don't think any kind of compound is right for someone like you, the list just goes on and on for the reason why but I am 100% certain you should take nothing and just keep training and playing around with your diet but don't out any chemicals into your body

You don't need to taper up if you have taken it before. You only taper at the beginning to assess how your body reacts to it. Some guys will be shaky and cramping on their first time on 40mcg. Me, personally I didn't feel any significant cramping or shakiness until I reached 80-100mcg.

No need to taper down, taper up if you havent taken it as was said to assess tolerance, ketotifen works to keep b2 receptors from downreg, benadryl does not. Keto also makes you very tired and helps you sleep.
The key is to use the lowest effective dose, keto also helps you to do this.

Everyone reacts different to clen myself, the first dose must be below 10mcg. I can take it multiple times a day, but can’t start higher, I get too shaky, and feel too freakin sick. But man, If 10mcg do the job, why start with 40mcg???the interesting point is that I can ramp up to 140mcg without problems.
    Now another question:
Is it more efective to ramp up to 140mcg in 1 week and maintain 140mcg the whole 2nd week, or better ramp up the first week to 70mcg, and the next week to 140mg???
I say that because of receptor saturation. I did both ways, and felt very bad on the first week by ramping up to 140mcg, but then I felt like normal by the end of week 2.
The second way, I felt more comfortable the whole time, and still felt the clen by the 2nd week, although not that strong as the first week.
Can’t really tell what gave me better results, because in the first run I was actually much leaner than in the 2nd run.
What do you think is more effective??
