This could be better suited for the diet thread, but this has the most traffic and I was curious what your guys' opinions were.
As far as remaining vascular year round (veiny) my top 3 most important aspects to consider IMO are
- Genetics
- Muscularity
- Leanness
Also things to consider are:
- Getting enough carbs (glycogen, large carb molecules in the blood stream)
- Getting enough sodium
- Eating frequently (Every 2-4 hours, also goes along with maintaining glycogen)
- Training as hard as is possible-gains gains and mo gains=larger muscles=more blood to supply them
There are of course other things like supplements for the pump, but I am talking more about all day vascularity. What are your guys' opinions on how to maximize this whether on a cycle (with the added pump) or not? Thanks!
