    Newbie Cycle Suggestion

    Hello everyone,

Im looking to do a cycle to put on a few pounds of quality muscle and to also continue to loose the body fat around my mid section. What do you recommend I cycle with? I know there are risks to everything but I'm looking do do something fairly safe but effective.

    35yrs 5'11 225lbs BMI 25%

    Much appreciated,

Best thing you can do while doing your research is to get your bf into the mid teens prior to cycling. Your first cycle should be tes only and if done correctly will be probably your best one.

Work your diet for the bets as well. I thought i needed a cycle to get gains cause i was never heavier than 155lbs. I found out about my TDEE and put my diet in better check. I went up to 184lbs and i still cant believe it. None of my clothes from 6-7 months ago fit. Diet is key!!
