    HDL cholesterol 15 (ref > 39) low

    VDL cholesterol cal 16 (5-40)

LDL cholesterol calc 143 (0-99) high

    LDL/HDL ratio 9.5 (0.0-3.6) high (3x avg risk)

They could go even higher...... Then come back down. Tough to play the "what if" game without bloodwork on cycle and then what ? If you got BW done mid cycle and your numbers were bad would you stop the cycle? If your answer is yes I probably wouldn't cycle if your answer is no then you will be taking your chances.

    This is my mid bw.

Is there a point at wich you should draw the line? At this point I just started to supplement and really did an overhaul on my diet.

Your reply is pretty dumb I might add. If no don't cycle if yes taking chances. I did not know that

Wondering if you are using Adex or a different AI? I've read that Adex can have a negative impact on cholesterol. Maybe if you are using Arimidex /Anastrozole transitioning to something like Exemestane/Aromasin would be better for you? Just a newbies 2cents

I guess I was just curious if there was any members who took an interest in this part of their bw and what they did to get best results to cycle in the healthiest/safest manner.

You should be concerned about your cholesterol. Consider running a VAP or NMR Lipo Profile next time. It breaks down your LDL particles which will give you a much clearer picture of what's going on by knowing their density pattern size which is crucial. Also consider SLO-Niacin, Chinese Red Yeast Rice (Hard Rhino brand) and NAC to help you cholesterol. Knowing your CRP level is also advantageous as it's an inflammation marker.

You asked how dangerous it would be on cycle and then posted some BW. You did not state that you are on cycle and these are your numbers on cycle until after the fact....... Sorry your cholesterol is an area of concern. Personally I would be worried to death about my arteries, etc. How much of a change in your cholesterol can be expected from the supps Kel mentioned? That would be interesting to log. Good luck

Thanks. That nmr test sounds like test. Paints a pretty vivid picure of whats going on. Going to give it try here in few weeks.

Already taking nac, the other 2 seem cheap enough I see how they go. This all seems targeted on LDL. Does HDL not really matter?

Yes, it matters. Take some time and read anything you can by Dr. Stephen Sinatra. There's a lot on google or youtube. He's one of the best in the business when it comes to cholesterol. His book "The Great Cholesterol Myth" is a good read if interested.
