    2nd Cycle Help!!!!!!!!!!!

I am about to be 24 and Weight 190. I have done a sustanine cycle before but It was a while back. I've been lifting since I was 16. I'm recovering from an injury right now but after I start lifting again and get into good shape what would be a good cycle to run for mass. Like dosage and week by week. Pct too?

No good bud, you need a lot more ghym time before you cycle. I had my rotator cuff torn and had to get a surgery. my doc told me with shoulders its an 18 month recovery before you can go 110% simply because the movement in that area is so prevalent it takes quite sometime. Wait at at least a year of solid lifting in the gym before you cycle. Its been 3 years for me and im still worried about cycling and destroying my shoulder. Tear it good one time and youll be screwed for life man. Waiting another year to cycle is well worth NOT HAVING a shoulder replacement at 45. This is from a fellow lifter and lifelong athlete with steel in his shoulder.

Glad to hear your getting better not be able to train sucks and I hope you get back quick.
Don't make the mistake of jump on gear until you get body and muscles use to training and recovering on there own.
Get bf% down and get back in gym minimal 6 months before cycling.
Muscle memory is a amazing thing and let your body heal naturally so you don't mess up reinjury yourself.
