Basically I haven't lifted for a long peroid of time and ive put on a bit of fat im sitting around 25%. Prior to my break i was training under strict diet and training with the intent to become a body builder.
Todays the day i got back in the gym for the first time and this comes over 8 months of being on antidepressants. I haven't used steroids before and I know this isnt probablly ideal. Physically looking at some whose cut on clen or done it natural is there much of a difference? Also I understand some people are going to tell me not to take clen at this weight but I really want to get back into the swing of thing and i want it now.
first clen cycle outline and any tips would be greatly appreciated. Looking at going down 20kg
