When is clen suitable?
Basically I haven't lifted for a long peroid of time and ive put on a bit of fat im sitting around 25%. Prior to my break i was training under strict diet and training with the intent to become a body builder.
Todays the day i got back in the gym for the first time and this comes over 8 months of being on antidepressants. I haven't used steroids before and I know this isnt probablly ideal. Physically looking at some whose cut on clen or done it natural is there much of a difference? Also I understand some people are going to tell me not to take clen at this weight but I really want to get back into the swing of thing and i want it now.

Some people will cycle clen with a cutting cycle, but not often. The test is to see if you have the fortitude and dedication to loose the weight the natural way and not look for the quick fix. If you can't dedicate yourself to diet and exercise and are looking for a quick fix to loose bodyfat, how do you expect to become a bodybuilder? Clen is hard on the heart, I used it twice and did not care for it, I noted that I could loose as much weight by diet and exercise and be a better person for it. Also if you are taking antidepressants, you might not want to be messing with AAS.

I think clen is best used as a finisher on a cut when you have dieted strict and trained as hard as possible and need a boost. I have tried it twice and personally do not care for the sides that can be associated with it but we are all different and you may love it. I would not start a diet with when losing weight would be easiest and no need for any additional compounds at that time.

I agree with the fellas, at 25% bf or 1/4 of your body weight, Clen usage will be ineffectual. Like Buster said, the best results with this compound are seen when finishing/polishing your physique, it's not a heavy lifter. In terms of training, it would be your cable crossovers, not bench presses. Work hard (diet, training, cardio), and get down to about 15% before you even consider it, and it's better when approaching single digits, else you'll simply be disappointed like many who've heard of it and thought they'd stumbled upon a miracle cutter.
