Quick question please..
I finished my cycle 2 weeks ago. I went back on my trt dose which is Androgel and took my AI for two weeks. Now I have dropped the AI and just on the TRT dose. Anyways the question is
I have been at it pretty hard the pasted 12ish weeks. 5 to 6 days a weeks. Well I am leaving to go on vacation tomorrow I usually workout some on vacation but what if I just done some light cardio and no weights? How bad will this set me back? I plan on eating everything besides chicken lol.

IMO the 4 weeks of pct you have to be just as dedicated if not more so than you were on to increase your chances of keeping your gains.

Yea they have some stuff to work out with. I can work out. Not as good as if I was at home. I was just wondering about taking the time off and letting my body rest some.

I went on my last vacation, 7 days and came back stronger, I shit you not! It was a well deserved break. I didn't sweat the calories or f**k all else, you're on vacation enjoy it.
I gained 2lbs but quickly lost that upon return.

Take the week off. Rest, recuperate, have fun. Come back and hit it hard. I used to work out whenever I went on vacation when I was younger. Just had to, wouldn't dare miss a work out. Fvck that. I'm older and wiser. Don't tire yourself our on vacation. Just have fun. The gym will be here waiting for you.

You were killing it during the whole cycle, gained a decent amount of size and you stressed out your lower back, take a well deserved break and heal. Maybe do a couple sets of pushups and stretches in the morning, but I would give your body and mind a break, try to relax and have fun, the body needs scheduled down time once in a while, you will feel better if you do.

kekel has it right...igo for a month or 2 at a time vaca....it takes a couple of weeks to a month to
get back to previous workout levels.....i take it slow though as i am old....
you are only gone for 2 weeks, and if you are under 30, i dont think you will lose anything,
push ups...dips....chin ups will keep you strong....but just relax ...take the time off and fully recover,
it wont hurt you

Everyone who says enjoy the vaca and relax is on the right track. I finally convinced myself to start doing that just this year and it definitely makes vacation far more enjoyable. Work out if you want, don't if you don't, no worries. Your not going to lose any measurable strength or size in a week and if anything you'll come back stronger from letting your joints heal for a week.
