1st injection cycle
age- 25
height- 5'9
weight- 190
bf- 18%
Hello, I am very new to this forum, was wondering if I could get some input.
I have ran some pro hormone cycles in my past (epistane, tren , halo, winny), and when I was 22 I did my first AAS, Anavar (which I loved).
I currently have 1 vial of 10ml Sustanon -350 (yes 350, not 250) and will more than likely get another bottle (it will be 250) because I am thinking I will need 2 vials for the cycle.
I plan on stacking that with Tren Ace & Anavar. I am wondering if 6-8 weeks would be an adequate cycle time ?
PCT will be nolva, and HCG . debating on what AI, and I am also considering something to combat increase of progesterone (I saw gyno during my PCT when I ran tren as a pro hormone).
also, would it be wise to also add Fina to reduce hair loss?
Let me know if I am going in the right direction! Any help greatly appreciated!

Quick and easy answer.... have all gear ready before cycle is rule one. I wouldnt run less than 8 weeks with test only. I would not stack anything with it until you see how you react to test only. I would suggest posting diet also because that will be more important than anything else in this thread...

Sus is a long Esther which should be run a minimum of 12 weeks ( preferably 14). Tren a is not a wise choice at your level.....the var is ok. Why not give it some thought and rewrite your proposed cycle and we can tweak it further.

definitely understand that Pewn, thats why I inquired, now going with what Buster said & removing tren from my stack. Now I know I will be running Sus & Var only. diet will be as follows:
protein - 1.5g Per Pound of body weight rest day / 2g training day
carb- 1.5g pp rest day / 2g training day
fat - 0.5g pp and about 30% of total daily calories
diet is that of a person about 180 lbs, and the meals are not set in stone as my protein sources will vary from lean red meat, fish, and chicken/turkey.
BREAKFAST 1
(Immediately upon waking)
1 scoop Whey Protein 1/2 medium cantaloupe
BREAKFAST 2
(30-60 minutes after shake and cantaloupe) 3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 slice lowfat American cheese
(scramble eggs cook in olive oil and add cheese to melt)
2 cups cooked Oatmeal
LATE MORNING SNACK
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup sliced pineapple
(mix pineapple in cottage cheese) 1 Cliff bar (any flavor)
LUNCH
1 can albacore tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1 large piece of fruit (apple, orange, banana, etc.)
AFTERNOON SNACK
1 scoop Whey Protein
1 Tbsp Peanut butter
1 Tbsp Jam
2 slices whole wheat bread
(make PB sandwich to eat with shake)
DINNER
8 oz. salmon
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 cups mixed green Salad
2 Tbsp salad dressing (olive oil n vinegar)
BEFORE BED SNACK
1 scoop Casein protein 1 Tbsp Peanut butter
PREWORKOUT (WITHIN 30 MINUTES BEFORE WORKOUTS)
1 large apple
PRE/DURING/POST-WORKOUT SHAKE
Whey Protein: 1 – 2 scoops
Casein Protein: 1 – 2 scoops
BCAAs: 5 grams
Creatine: 1.5 – 5 grams
Beta-alanine: 1.5 – 3 grams
Betaine: 1.5 – 2 grams
POSTWORKOUT (WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER WORKOUTS)
Vitargo
BCAAs: 5 grams
Creatine: 1.5 – 5 grams
Beta-alanine: 1.5 – 3 grams
Betaine: 1.5 – 2 grams
Carnitine: 1 – 2 grams
Glutamine: 3 – 5 grams
TOTALS
3100 CALORIES, 265 G PROTEIN, 260 G CARBS, 110 G FAT

Looks good. math may be off looks like a 35 35 30 split ? Run 500mg a week for 12 weeks and see how you respond. Honestly I would up the calories a little more but if you are seeing good results then go for it.

I am going to go against most forum talk and say no to hcg during cycle. After reading articles about hcg function I feel its anti beneficial to run along side test.

hmm where did i go wrong with my split Pewn? i thought the same as far as calories go, but ideally I would like to be 180-190 with about 8% less body fat, so I'm just aiming for clean gains that will last during my PCT (hoping to keep roughly 70%). GSXR, I was only going to use something for progesterone in the event that I was going to run tren . that leaves me with the final question of whether or not i should run Fina since I'm supplementing a DHT & Test. Also, I agree with Pewn about HCG I would not run it until the end of my cycle, the week of my last injection.
