Is it a must to use ai or serms on cycle ?

As i asked i ran 500mg test enth/week and felt no lump behind my niples and no sign of gyno after taking 4 weeks off i am planing to run 500mg test enth + 250 mg deca/week so should i wait before using ai or serms or do i use right when I start the cycle.

High estro lvls are not just gyno, but a lot of more sides to consider!

Always run AI during cycle IMO!

No they are not a must if you dont care about taking longer or risking your hpta not starting back up properly, your test levels being permanently low or the lack and long recovery of your libido. Hey a buck is a buck so if you dont mind these kind of sides then go for it. We have had guys before who said they were not interested in girls so no libido didnt bother them.

Estrogen shuts down the HPTA much more throughly than testosterone alone, so you stand to benefit from estrogen control regardless. Estrogen also contributes to increased fat gain/retention. So be wary

Always manage your e2 on cycle with an ai and have either tamox or ralox on hand just in case gyno should appear.

The above replies are all well said and I totally agree. One more thing to think about is just because you "may" have walked away unscathed (as we don't have bloodwork pre and post cycle to really know) doesn't mean you will always react the same.....could be that your gear was just really underdosed too.

Exactly and also the dangers of elevated estrogen dont always show themselves. They act on the body none the less. It is very unhealthy to have elevated e2 in males, gyno is just a visible sign, its the one we do not see that can really be most dangerous.

Make sure to get bloods drawn mid cycle to see if your protocol is on point
