Informed second cycle

I've been on this site for about a year or so as a "guest" reading and absorbing as much info as I can and first things first thank you to all those who have the knowledge! So I started my second cycle 2 weeks ago and I'm looking for input. I'm 38 , 185lbs and 5' 11" and have minimal bf. I have gh on hand and plan on doing 150 days @ 3 ui's a day. Should I do it everyday straight through or have a day off a week? My hgc showed up late so I'm unfortunately just starting it now but here's what my cycle looks like :


wks 1-4 40 mg dbol ed
wks 1-12 600mg eq ew
wks 1-14 600mg sust ew
wks 3-14 500 ui's hgc ew .

I have nolva on hand but havent taken any yet as I didn't get gyno from my first cycle. Should I use nolva in my pct as well? Thank you

You need an AI on cycle like adex or exemestane. I prefer the stane. Dbol aromatizes heavily.
You need Nolva and Clomid in PCT. Control your E2 and you won't get Gyno.

The rest looks fine. How do you come up with 600mg of Sust?? it 250mg/ml. Run it 500 or 750.

The above is a much better plan. I would run your hgh 5 on 2 off at 8 ius minimum on cycle.

actually I'm taking t400 not sust I dunno why i wrote that. I do 3/4 cc shot twice weekly

I dont know what you have? 400mg of test does not fit into one ml. The max is about 330mg/ml. If it were 400mg per ml it would burn like fire and PIP would be severe. Those are gimmick products that advertise 400 and 500 mg of test per ml.
