    Need advice

I'm 36, 5"10 200lbs. Recently dropped 30 lbs by diet and looking to drop another 10 lbs along with cardio.

Looking to get into either cross-fit or doing weights 4-5 days per week. I have access to HGH, Test and Deca .

Any recommendations on which to do first? My gut tells me to not use all three at once.

Any pros feedback would be appreciated.

Your first cycle should be tes only. What is your bf and weight training experience? There's really no need for a cycle if you are just doing cross fit.

I'm reading that he doesn't do crossfit or lift weights yet.

oP go to our diet section, subtle tweaks and extra cardio will get you to where you need to be, absolutely no need for you to look into AAS at this stage.

Get the diet and cardio dialed in. Start training 5x a week for the next 2-3 years and then ask the same question. In the mean time stick around and visit the diet and training section, training section and learn how to do a cycle properly for when you are ready.
