    Good stack for a beginner

    Hey guys, I've been lifting for years now and I want start using steroids to supplement my program. Since I am new to steroids I was wondering what kind of stack/dosage is good for a beginner? Thanks for any information you can give me guys!

    Eat hard and train harder for a few more years. 21 is a bit young.

    Yeah man u should be making some great gains at ur age. Find ur TDEE calorie intake for the day. Train 6 days a week. If u don't think ur training the right way find a personal trainer or friend (that look good and look like they know what they are doing) its worth spreading the money on a trainer to put u on the right training program and also food! Once u do that u will gain a shit ton more. If u feel like u want more. Come back here at the ago of 25 and everyone here is be willing to help u I promise.. Good luck bro

    Alright thank you all, after hearing your advice and then doing some reading on my own I'm going to take your advice and train hard for a couple more years and then think about using. I really appreciate it, have a good New Years!

    I usually stack

    200g steak
    200g white rice and I do that 6 times a day for a few months then cycle off on to chicken
