I just inject every 3 days. Twice a week injection is 3.5 days but 3 days is close enough.

You should of had all this planned out before starting your cycle.

Yes i'm taking .25 mg of arimidex EOD, 500 IU HCG a week, and starting Clomid 50mg/Nolva 20mg (Daily) 2 weeks after last injection, Clomid 75mg/Nolva 40mg ED for the first week of PCT.

Every three days, along side HCG.

Use an alarm on your phone and set it three days from Friday then set it three days from your last injection and so on. If you forget, all you have to do is look at the alarm and see when you last injected.

Monday/Thursday morning. Regardless of trt or blast, always the same. keeps it easy to remember. I don't worry about the extra .5 day, once your up and running on long esthers timing out the extra .5 day isn't worth the trouble in my opinion.

thus is incorrect if he does 250 every 3 days hell be taking in more then 500mg a week
