    Injection Question

    I'm about to start my first cycle of Winny and Test-E. When injecting, should I alternate cheeks or try and keep the injection site relatively consistent?

    I'm on my first cycle shooting test twice a week and I use the same spot every time. No issues for me

    What are your stats and cycle layout?
    Why are using winstrol?

    You should rotate site as much as posible to reduce the chance of scar tissue build up. No more than 1 shot per site every 7 days seems to be a good rule.

    With enthanate the shots are relatively few and far between; therefore you can use the same spot. But you should try to switch it up if you can to get used to it.

    I alternate when I inject and it is best especially on virgin muscles.
    What's your full plan and why winny???

    If you keep injecting in the same spot you will build up scar tissue. Best to alternate.

    Alternate injection sites .. you will end up building up scar tissue.

    I alternated on my first cycle. The virgin muscles was SORE after the first shot.

    Thanks guys, I'm just looking to get shredded. I'm currently about 5'10", 185 lbs. I've spent my time powerlifting and bulking, got up to about 240 at one point, but I''m getting older (34), and want to get in better shape. I've always had that stubborn lower belly fat and I'd love to see what I look like without it (Damn slow metabolism).

    this is were the right nutrition is so important. It's the hardest part of this game but you can do it
