Hey fellas, new to the forum. Recently got out and have never taken anything before. Currently 30yr. 6'2 220. Obviously gaining weight isn't a problem. Was doing research and getting a lot of mixed results. I'm looking to gain strength mostly not as concerned with bulking particularly, though it couldn't hurt, and preferably an oral..suggestions?

Using orals only is not a good idea. They are harsh on your liver.

This ^^ OP not busting your balls but if you read the link it has very good information in it.

This is a very good forum OP you will get help with anything here we are just trying to keep ppl safe so they don't mess them selfs up.

I would start with reading up on everything in regards to steroids . It's not something you want to just jump in to. The more you read, the more you'll learn why an oral only cycle is a bad idea. But for starters, start googling why testosterone should be the base for all cycles. Then look in to why a test only cycle is recommended for your first run.
