Help please. Shortness of breast post cycle only!!

    Hey all,

Just finished a cycle of Sust 500 at 0.75 ml per week. I used letro once every 2 weeks for estrogen as well as Anastrozole 1 mg 2x per week. For letro I used about .20 ml at 5mg per ml. My cycle lasted only about 8 weeks. I continued to take the Anastrozole 2x per week and have been off for almost 3 weeks now. I start my Nolva cycle this week for PCT. (I would have started sooner but I had some shipping issues).

Here is the problem. I have had shortness of breath, anxiety, and some tightness of chest. I went to Dr and hey said after EKG etc that it was just anxiety. From the research I have done it seems this could be an estrogen related issue, as in my estrogen levels are too low.

All started about two weeks post cycle kind of all of the sudden. I have felt a bit achy and it does seem to get worse when I think about it, which I have been pretty obsessive

I run only a cycle a year to maintain gains. Nothing like his before. Considering taking a booster to see if it helps.

First time user of the forum

    Thanks

Am I reading this right ? 2mg of Anastrozole per week? That is a lot of AI, not to mention letro on top. The typical dose of Adex is 0.25mg every other day, totalling ~0.9mg per week. I would say your estrogen is in the gutter after that! I'm not experienced with how low estrogen symptoms present, but I'd be willing to put money on that you have low estrogen.

Sorry I can't be of more help but stick around, I'm sure a more experienced member will be along shortly to offer you some solid advice as to what to do.

    **edited to correct dose values**

Blood work is needed. Initially I'd be leaning toward elevated hematocrit.

    Thank you.

Maybe it's a combination of the two.

    Will hematocrit Lower naturally?

Should I take a booster of Sust to raise estrogen?

Just give blood. It's healthy for you and society. You just have to fib a little on the computer questionnaire.
It can be amazing how you feel after you do so if hema is high.

I've read on this forum where guys just drain blood into a sterile IV bag. I am not telling you to do that! Try ^^^ aspirin and see how you feel.

aspirin will help against clots and will not reduce RBC, it only reduces Platelets and makes your blood less viscous. so yes aspirin can help, but you still need to donate.

Thanks everyone. I'm leaning towards high hema now. Is this permanent? I think I will try the aspirin to see if it helps and the. Schedule myself to give blood. Thanks!!

Look up polycythemia. You don't want this. I strongly urge you to give blood asap. Only takes about an hour. Just use caution with some questions where a positive answer would obviously flag you. Aspirin won't cut it by itself nor will excessive fluid consumption if already high.
