A Two Cycle Plan - Thoughts?

This will be my second cycle. First was 12 weeks, went without a problem in terms of sides. I learned that I wasn't eating near enough and lost a lot of my weight. I'm planning on fixing this next time.

The first cycle was 3 months through the summer and I loved it. I love being outside, being active and looking good through that season.

Now, I'm looking for opinions on this:

Late January run a 10 week cycle. 1 month of PCT and then 2 months off.

Then start another 10 week cycle around the beginning of June so that I'm on gear through June and July.

Is 2 months off enough after a 10 week cycle?
Does anyone else plan their cycle according to the summer and if so, how?

    Thanks

You need to practise time-on plus pct = time off

    what are your stats?
    how long you been training?

I know the time on+ pct = time off axiom, but wanted to get some opinions anyway.

I've been training in total around 4 years, but the last year I've started working with some very knowledgeable trainers and have really refined my technique and made good progress. Before that I was on my own just trying to figure it out.

I'm 6'2, 180 right now down from 190. I recently lost 10 pounds after being pretty sick for almost a month.

if you do 8weeks short ester based cycle. + 4 weeks pct

you cut 2 weeks of your cycle and you can add those 2 weeks on your off time.

so now you have 12weeks off.

ready to do a 10weeks cycle again.

    problem solved.

I considered that, but it's a pretty small window for gains given that it takes nearly a month for the test to fully kick in.

qscgugcsq's option there is for a SHORT ester cycle meaning no "kick in" wait on what your cycle (ex. test prop). what is your cycle plans? what did your first cycle include? anything less than a 12 wk cycle I only have used short esters. to answer your 2 initial questions though ( I've taken 2 months between cycles before with great results but I don't recommend it for most (off for as long as your cycle = ideal) and (yes I do plan my summer cycle in advance by starting it in time for summer).

I see. I already have 12 weeks worth of test Enth. No short esters.

My first cycle was 500 mg test enth a week and I plan on doing the same thing this time.

if you're absolutely wanting your cycle to run through the summer then I say just wait until june and get some dbol for 25 or 30 mgs e/d for the first few weeks and keep up the intensity in the gym until the 1st of june and then start.

gained 16 pounds with prop in 8 weeks for my first cycle.

8 weeks is plenty of time to grow.
