Greetings! I've run test alone before as my "first cycle", and this is my second, and I have some things put together and a few questions.
I'm 33 years old, 6'1.5", weigh 180lbs, about 12%bf. I just got finished with a pretty serious diet leaning up going in to the holidays (where I stopped and ate whatever for a week), and want to do a cycle focused on adding mass/bulking, although I'm not really looking to add much fat, and willing to add less muscle if it means bulking a little leaner - which i realize is mostly about diet.
My current cycle is planned as:
Wk 1-12: Test cyp in grapeseed oil, 250mg 1/wk (this i have, it's a script, and i realize most people do more testos... 500mg/week is generally recomended... the doctor wouldn't do more than this, and while i could probably get away with shooting more often, like 250mg 1/5days or something, and just "run out" a little sooner... )
wk 1-14: ari, .5mg tablet EOD
wk 8-14: HCG (1000iu, 1/week)
wk 12-16: Nolva & clomid as PCT
I just started week 1 yesterday, with my first TEST shot & .5mg Anastrozole tablet.
$$$ is not an issue, and I have both GH & the pink Dbols, and am wondering what the best way to add both to my cycle - or if i should. I will be travelling for work during weeks 3-6, and there will be a couple days during those weeks i would have to miss the gym due to work / jetlag probably.
I was considering doing 3IU/day GH week 1-16, and doing a 6 wk dbol @ 20mg/day (4 5mg pink tables)... but not sure when the best time to throw the dbol in is. It seems most cycle recomendations are the beginning (so week 1-6 in my case)... would doing it week 6-12 in my case make any sense?
Thoughts? Help?
