    2nd Cycle Advice

    Greetings! I've run test alone before as my "first cycle", and this is my second, and I have some things put together and a few questions.

    I'm 33 years old, 6'1.5", weigh 180lbs, about 12%bf. I just got finished with a pretty serious diet leaning up going in to the holidays (where I stopped and ate whatever for a week), and want to do a cycle focused on adding mass/bulking, although I'm not really looking to add much fat, and willing to add less muscle if it means bulking a little leaner - which i realize is mostly about diet.

    My current cycle is planned as:

    Wk 1-12: Test cyp in grapeseed oil, 250mg 1/wk (this i have, it's a script, and i realize most people do more testos... 500mg/week is generally recomended... the doctor wouldn't do more than this, and while i could probably get away with shooting more often, like 250mg 1/5days or something, and just "run out" a little sooner... )
    wk 1-14: ari, .5mg tablet EOD
    wk 8-14: HCG (1000iu, 1/week)
    wk 12-16: Nolva & clomid as PCT

    I just started week 1 yesterday, with my first TEST shot & .5mg Anastrozole tablet.

    $$$ is not an issue, and I have both GH & the pink Dbols, and am wondering what the best way to add both to my cycle - or if i should. I will be travelling for work during weeks 3-6, and there will be a couple days during those weeks i would have to miss the gym due to work / jetlag probably.

    I was considering doing 3IU/day GH week 1-16, and doing a 6 wk dbol @ 20mg/day (4 5mg pink tables)... but not sure when the best time to throw the dbol in is. It seems most cycle recomendations are the beginning (so week 1-6 in my case)... would doing it week 6-12 in my case make any sense?

    Thoughts? Help?

    For starters 250 mgs of tes a week will not be enough ....400 mgs a week minimum, 500 ideally. Way too much adex..s/b .25 eod for starters at 500 mgs a week. Hcg on cycle should be 250 ius twice a week up until 3 days prior to pct. Forget the dbols and hgh until you have enough for a complete cycle.

    not sure what you mean by "have enough" concerning the HGH/dbol - i do have enough of both to do 12 weeks if necessary.

    for the ari... i have 1mg tablets that are already really small... i can break them (which i was doing) in to .5mg... is it better just to take the .5mg 2/week then instead of EOD?

    as far as the test... would it be better for me to do 400mg every week or do 250mg every 5 days?

    You can quarter those 1 mg adex tabs. You wont want to crash your e2. You need to do a minimum 400 mgs a week of tes if you want to put on size. Dbol for 4 weeks at 25-30 mgs is a good jumping off point. Hgh must be run for 6-9 months the see results and while on cycle for hypertrophy you need to run 8 ius 5 days on 2 off. Sounds like you haven't really done much research. I would suggest you get a little better understanding of the compounds you want to put in your body.
