pinning a long ester everyday?

Hey guys, i couldnt get a hold of mast prop as my source was out so i got mast e instead. I know it takes 3-4 weeks to build up to saturation levels or see any results from it and mast p is quite shorter than that. But generally speaking thats shooting it 2x pw as most people do with long esters. What if i shot half a ml Everyday? Would it build up to saturation faster?
