rest days on AAS & show prep

This may seem like a very amateur question but I have to ask it to get ur guys opinions. Now I know rest is very important for the body to heal/recover but while on AAS healing and recovery time is much faster. 13 weeks out as well. My brain/body is telling me I should be using this time to keep growing and keep training.

    Gear run:
    80mg var
    500mg test p

    Thanks guys

13 weeks out you should'nt be worrying about growing. Its about staying healthy, cardio (burning fat), getting good, lighter work outs in that arent missing any part of a muscle group. Also posing should be taking up a lot of time now, an hour after training. (Unless you dont work, then it can be done differently)

But I drfinitely wouldn't wouldn't be trying to grow... Just the opposite IMHO... I'd be supersetting opposing muscles with the most intensity as possible -

BG I was going to start cutting and more cardio by week 10. I just started this cycle 2 weeks ago. I figured I would be able to pit on some more size for the 10wk show prep mark. My body fat seems to be pretty low IMH for a 10wk or even a 8wk cut, what do u think? Thank for ur response brother.

    Shit, looking solid as fvck

In your case posing would be #1, just like BG said, hit everything & lighter

Not really getting bigger, just maintaining & maybe recomping a pound or 2

You look like your right on. It's nice to be done dieting 2 weeks out so you can slowly start carbing up. It sucks to be taking your diet down to the wire. Last thing you want now is to get injured, stay healay. Your doing good. How's your posing going ?

Yeah bro that's a great point. I never thought about being some what done with dieting two weeks out to slowly carb up. I was thinking about down to the wire but I really don't want that l. Thank you for that advice.
Posing is going ok. Its a little hard when I have to watch YouTube videos to find out the posing and angles. But I'm getting it done somewhat.. I will also up my posing time to 40mins a day. That shit is a workout as well Or I'm just a b*tch lmao. I try to hold each pose for a minute straight so I can stop the shaking and make sure my body is all contracted!

The posing will push the water out of your muscles making you look grainer and will move you up in placing. I saw a much "smaller looking" guy win the weight class under me because he out posed the rest. You can be in great shape but if you can't present it, your losing out. You need to ask around, find someone to watch you pose and take pics so we can see. That's why I was saying you might have to give a little bit of training to get your posing in. Training, cardiovascular then posing is insane. That's the hard part.

If it were me, I'd just fork out a little cash for a posing coach. I think it would help out a lot, compared to just going at it solo.

Not saying you can't do it - but, I think it'd be worth the cash.

ur 100% right. Being able to show off the goodies the right way is key and training, cardio and posing takes me over three hours a day. I'm going to cut back a little bit on training so hard and focus on my posing a little more. Thanks BG

I think if you get a real pro, it will be worth the money.

Posing is a art in its own - same thing, even if you look the part - you have to be pro in presenting it.

For training though I believe we can be our own trainers - to a point. But, if you got the cash I'm pretty sure a pro could teach you some shit quick.
