HCG increases safety for long cycles?

Using this study as a base for discussion: http://forums.steroid.com/educationa...man-study.html

I am actually running a 20 week cycle right now because of this study (only 1 week in). I have never ran a longer cycle so I thought I needed to see how I reacted.

In this trial 61 men, 18-35years old
So, these scientists thought it was perfectly safe for men in that age range to run test e up to 600mg per week. No hcg and no AI. Now I have a couple of questions that I can't seem find through google.

    1. I have 20000iu of hcg, should I run it for the full 20 weeks or split it up? If split up, how?
    2. 20 weeks is considered a longer cycle (for people who aren't hrt). Will hcg allow more people to run longer cycles, safely?
    3. Why are cycle lengths 8-12 recommended? I know there is the myostatin issue but you could just increase dose or switch gear and keep moving along.
    4. I understand that you will eventually plateau. Is there a benefit to staying at this level before bridge/pct so you can solidify your gains made? Say you put on 20lbs in 12 weeks. Are you likely to loose less gains by spending time in your plateaued state? There has to be some value in allowing your body to grow accustom to new size/strength.
    5. Instead of basing cycle length on number of weeks. Should you now use hcg as a guide and only run your cycles based on how much hcg you acquire?

I'm looking to learn from this as the above has been nagging at me. I look forward to reading any and all responses.
