    ** Detailed Syringe Law by State

    I thought this was an awesome document from the centers of law and public health at Georgetown and John's Hopkins University, and it is pretty recent. Nov 30, 2002

    There was another thread asking about Pennsylvania law:

    For PA a perscription is required and imposed by regulation.

    Lots of good stuff in that doc.

    the easiest solution for someone not listed on what i am guessing is that correct list above, is to call a local pharm and ask...cant hurt, right... diabetics are everywhere, so its not like it would be all that suspicious...
