    Denied giving blood

Went to donate today. Blood pressure is always high at the doctors always. 140/106 today. I leave stop at clinic 15 min later an auto machine 128/85. At home this morning was 125/83. At donor the did take hemoglobin 15.9 when I started TRT it was 14.7. Does hematocrit go up with hemoglobin. Should I just wife to drain a pint? And I'm due for 100mg pin tonight should I skip it?

    You're fine.
Under normal circumstances, hematocrit directly follows hemoglobin at a 3:1 ratio (the lab numbers themselves).
If you want to donate, you'll need to get your white coat syndrome/blood pressure under control.

Thanks. Wife is a nurse and checks it daily since treatment. Guess I'll give
    L-arginine a try.

That won't help much. You need something that actually reduces anxiety, not just hypertension.
It also helps to get a good night's sleep and avoid caffeine or other stimulants.

I drink about 100oz water. No preworkout, no soda. Yes I have anxiety. I'm not on anything except when we fly I need Atavan. 10oz coffee in the am with stevia. Any natural stuff to reduce anxiety I've always had it. Thanks for the reply.

Then take your Ativan before giving blood, and skip the coffee.
