    Quick question

    I'm fairly new to this but I'm doing 100mg tren and 100mg prop every 3 days, is that ok? I hear a lot of people saying every other day, I there a difference?

    If your tren is tren ace then yes..a lot of difference.

    225 tren
    225 prop

    vs

    350 tren
    350 prop

    weekly.

    125 mg a tren difference a week is a lot.

    I don't think you need Tren in your first cycle. How old are you?

    Drop the Tren are you running an ai or hcg during your cycle? What's the plan fir pct?

    A simple test cycle will be best for a first cycle with hcg and an ai alongside. A well planned pct is as important than the cycle planning too

    Ok, so I jus started yesterday, so I'll drop the tren and just go with test, what is ur opinion on the ai

    You need to add in aromasin at 12.5 mg Ed or Adex at .25 mg eod and hcg should be run at 250 iu 2 x ew. Read the beginner cycle sticky it has all the info you need

    What's your body fat % at, OP. At 5'8", 165 is pretty light. How long have you been training and what's your diet like? I think you could probably put on quite a bit of mass by staying natural for a while, but that's just my opinion.
