    I'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes. I'm a 47 year old father of three looking for gains...ANY GAINS! Starting at 300lbs., 5'10 Happy New Year

    Welcome to the forum. At 300lbs and 5'10" what is your bodyfat at? If it's over 12ish then rethink doing a cycle. It will likely cause more harm than good.

    Why?? wouldnt the right stack cause u to loose a lot of weight while gaining some muscle? I am confused on this.

    Are you thinking of a recomp? Unless you are extremely knowledgeable and experienced most recomps leave you with nothing really. Bulk or cut....pick one.

    I would say in the very high teens and beyond is def not the best starting to point for a cycle. When I cycle around 15% bf it just means more work in the spring for a cut.

    Being of higher body fat you are more likely to convert the testosterone into Estrogen giving you Gyno/Bitch Tits.

    There is also no such thing as a stack to help you loose weight. That is all about diet and cardio.
    Doing a cycle at your level of experience, training and body fat is like putting 105 octane gas into the family mini van. You wont gain any or at best very little performance from it. You will get more out of adding a few cups of coffee for some extra energy and save a lot of money.

    Focus on diet and nutrition and invest the money on quality food.

    Since OP is nowhere to be found - it usually goes like it does in real life. I 100% stopped giving advice in person, I fvcking quit.

    I am tired of, how many cals, what protein, how much you lift, help me out bull shit

    No one can help if you're not gonna help yourself.

    This is why I can't be a low budget personal trainer. Screw this babying BS. .. If people are not to the point of doing research & focusing on what they want - advice is a straight waste of time.

    This is true to a point.....most are looking for immediate gratification but there are some who will put in the hard work......besides, you could hang out here or sit with the wife on the couch .....lol

    deff need to loose body fat before cycling at 300lbs you must have some fat on you being natural. I would seriously look into diet
