I know protocol usually calls for Stane on a 19nor cycle(NPP 40mg wkly/525mg prop)... But my guy only had a-dex in stock do I'm going with it... Question is should I start my dose at .25 eod or .5 e3d from the rip??

.25 mg eod is a good starting point and adjust if needed

I used to take my Stane 12.5mg in am after I pinned ed and worked out (7am)... Then 12.5 at 7pm... being that I'm starting at .25mg eod(adjust if needed)... But is it ok to take it in the am on it off the day you pin???
