Anavar and TRT

Hello All
Without being slated, and assuming I have my own reasons and personal goals, I would very much appreciate a knowledgeable answer to my question or even better for some one who has done such a cycle...I'm considering taking Anavar 75 mg/day for 6-8 weeks alongside a Test dosage low enough to be deemed as TRT 100-150/week. Given the low dosages/length of cycle would I right in assuming I would negate any side affects, such as hair loss/acne. A PCT for such a cycle would also be less aggressive 20mg/day for 4 weeks?

don't skimp out on pct I don't know much bout var but I don't see a problem in that wait for someone els to answer more informativly..also were guna hAve to ask you stats and cycle experience.

Doesn't matter what dose you run your test at. A dose as low as even 50mgs a week will shut you down the same as 500 and so on.

Exactly. Anavar aside, why shut down your HPTA for a replacement dose of test. Not a good idea, imho.

Imo you would be best to run a normal cycle to get the most out of it and not do what you are thinking.

Right...this is where some folks might rip into me. But before you do please don't forget we all have our own goals and reasons...I'm 43 years young and have trained since 12/13. Boxed into my 30's started weights mid 20's. My training sessions now are 35/45 min intense workouts...weights 3*per/week, bag skip and abs 2 a week. I like to stay lean and my BF% is always kept in the single digits which is no big feat as I weigh in at 162 lbs and 5:10 in height. I have never cycled before. My reason to give it a go now...well to be honest I'm not too sure, just thought I would. Anavar appeals to me due the low sides and not gaining too much and as you know the Test will be added just to replace my endogenous testosterone that will invariably be absent while on cycle. Is it really necessary to take Test as well, have any of done Anavar only cycles and not regretted it? I'm concerned about taking Test as it seems to cause the sides I would like to avoid...once again thanks for your time and answers.

I actually think Primo is a better option for you. Anavar can damage your liver at the levels you want to run.

On principle, you got it right. But I wouldn't shut down for just a replacement dose. If anything, run 300mg a wk or something

Looks like he's trying to avoid estrogen issues, ergo he doesn't want to run a Test cycle.

No, he wants to avoid test to avoid hair loss, acne, and apparently "gaining too much". estrogen is easily controlled.

At any rate, he doesn't want to run Test at higher than TRT levels. It's totally appropriate to do that if you want to go high with another compound. I do it with Tren all the time. Primo too.
